Delivery
When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are: Â
USA & Canada : 3-​10 business days Â
International: 6-18 business daysÂ
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!Â
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
â—Ź Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Â
â—Ź Ask your local post office if they have your package.Â
â—Ź Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.Â
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!Â
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at melaninunderground@gmail.com with your order number.Â
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
ReturnsÂ
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at melaninunderground@gmail.com
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.Â
 Reserved Rights Regarding Returns - Exception/Approved Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
 Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos or video of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Any approved items for return must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged in store.Â
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:
