How are your products made?
Melanin Underground™ products are made to order through a trusted fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Your order is printed and shipped from the location best suited to reach you efficiently so every piece is made fresh, just for you.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. For any questions about your shipment, reach out to us at info@melaninunderground.com and we'll be happy to help.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if your order didn't arrive as expected. Please email us at info@melaninunderground.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Product Care & Disclaimers

Because Melanin Underground™ products are made to order using industry-leading garment printing technology, you may notice the following upon first receiving your order both are completely normal:

Printing Odor: Some garments may carry a mild vinegary scent from the printing process. This is temporary. Once removed from the shipping bag, the odor will naturally dissipate within a few days and will be fully gone after the first wash.

Residue or Discoloration: You may notice slight off-white residue or discoloration on your apparel. This is not a stain. It will wash out completely in the first wash cycle. If you notice any marks upon delivery, please wash the item before contacting us.
